Account Deletion
Last Updated: 27 Jun. 2026
This page explains how to delete your RxApp account and what happens to your data when you do. RxApp is the fitness app developed by Dicabrio. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the RxApp mobile app:
- Open the RxApp app and sign in.
- Go to More (or Profile) and open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your password. Your account and associated data are then permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account:
Please use the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership of the account before deleting it and aim to process requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:
- Your profile information (name, email address, date of birth, and contact details).
- Your workout and performance data (results, scores, and personal records).
- Your class bookings and booking history.
- Your notification preferences and push-notification tokens.
What data may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes:
- Financial records: invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, after which they are deleted.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs: retained for a short period and then automatically removed.
Retained data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the applicable retention period ends. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
